About Me
Care Comes First
Hello, my name is Lynne and I chose to become a Foot Health Practitioner when I realised how vital foot care is in maintaining health and wellbeing.Â
I qualified with the SMAE Institute (Maidenhead) which was established in 1919 and is the only University Credit Rated Foot Health course in the UK. SMAE is committed to providing quality training and raising the standards of Foot Health Professionals.Â
I have a level 4 Diploma in Foot Health (DipFH), and I am a registered Member of the College of Foot Health Professionals (MCFHP) and the British Association of Foot Health Professionals (MAFHP).
I am committed to continually developing my skills and ensuring that the care I offer is up to date and in line with current health standards.
I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS/CRB check.
Foot Care Services
First Appointment £35-£40
Our first appointment usually takes up to 1-1.5 hrs. We will complete a Medical History and Consent form to ensure that we both have all the necessary information to enable me to provide appropriate foot care. I will carry out a basic, non-invasive, circulation and sensation assessment of your feet (Neurovascular) before we discuss what is required and make a treatment plan together.Â
The agreed treatments will be carried out and, if required, we will discuss what ongoing care you would like.
Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to arrange an appointment.
Treatments Provided
We will discuss and agree on what treatments may be beneficial to maintain your foot health.
Conditions which I am qualified and insured to treat include:
Clipping long and/or thinning thickened nails
Corns/Callus/Hard Skin/Cracked Skin

Advice on foot care and footwear.
I am also able to cut fingernails.
I ensure that I maintain the highest standards of hygiene and all tools are sterilised using a vacuum autoclave. I only use products that are suitable for people with diabetes. I wear PPE at all times.
